This money is set aside for homeowners in need of home improvements which meet qualifying rehabilitation reasons such as;
- purchasing high efficiency appliances
- improvements required for health considerations
- modifications that improve safety of home
- weatherization items and supplies

We will begin several new lending programs at the March 2012 Home and Garden show!
NeighborWorks America has approved our organization for $63,000, in the form of a grant, to be used only for specific lending purposes.
Revitalization Lending
There is a smaller amount of these funds available for these purposes, however, homeowners should contact NWP if they are seeking to make improvements in some of these areas;
- sidewalk improvements
- common area landscaping
